The applicant must meet the following criteria to quality for the Citizenship by Investment Program

1. Principal applicant must be at least 18 years old
2. One-time investment in St. Kitts and Nevis: either in a Government-approved real estate project; or a contribution to the Sugar Industry Diversification.
3. Foundation Qualifying Dependents, must be under age 30 and unmarried
4. Qualifying Dependent Parents or grandparents of either the principal applicant or spouse must be over 55 years of age, residing with the principal applicant, and can provide proof financial dependency on the principal applicant
5. Due Diligence examination, and have no criminal record
6. Undergo Medical examination
